Welcome and Hello. This web site has been set up in order for me to share some of the work I have done and the thoughts I have had on a number of interesting subjects. The first part of this page is based around a diary I have written about my time in the Amazon rain forest in Peru experiencing the Shamanic plant medecine known as Ayahuasca. It is quite an in depth description of the ceremony's I participated in in 2014.
The second part will be about a little island of the West coast of Scotland called Iona and the possible links it has to Ancient Egypt.
